We are Bowling Green’s oldest locally owned pharmacy! Our family's pharmacy tradition began long before Richard Lacefield Jr. opened CDS #10 in 1974. Richard's great uncle Harold Sublett (the "S" in CDS) received his pharmacy license in 1904. Later, Richard Lacefield Sr. was part owner and pharmacist at CDS #7. They opened CDS #10 on 1308 Ashley Circle in 1974.
In 1999, Richard's son, Darren, graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy with his Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree.
