Plastic Surgery is the area of surgical expertise that specifically trains its members to perform cosmetic surgery of all parts of the body; but Plastic Surgery is much more than that. The field encompasses not only cosmetic surgery, but reconstructive surgery as well.
Among the cosmetic procedures we are able to perform, are face lifting, brow lift, blepharoplasties (eye lifts), rhinoplasty, cheek and chin implants, neck lift, laser skin rejuvenation, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, abdominoplasty, and liposuction. In addition to cosmetic surgery, we perform most all forms of reconstructive surgery to include breast reduction and breast reconstruction. Many people do not know that most insurance companies cover the cost of breast reduction surgery provided certain criteria are met.
Our medically-based skin care spa is located within the offices of Dr. Atalla. The environment is unique in that it offers both day spa services including european facials and body treatments as well as more aggressive, corrective treatments which can only be performed under physician supervision. These include fractional laser treatments, laser genesis, laser hair removal, photorejuvenation, laser spider vein therapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and prescriptive skin care.
